The Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival is excited to announce the inaugural “Bonnaroo Buzz Tour Presented By StubHub!”. The 13-date tour is confirmed to begin at the Stone Pony in Asbury Park, NJ on May 17th and play intimate venues on the way down to Bonnaroo. The Bonnaroo Buzz Tour Presented By StubHub! will feature buzz bands as they make their way on their journey to Bonnaroo, culminating with performances at the festival. Tickets for the tour go on sale Friday April 8th at 10am EST via local venue ticket outlets.
Confirmed to perform are such buzzing bands as Grace Potter & the Nocturnals, Futurebirds, Gary Clark Jr., The Black Box Revelation and comedian Julian McCullough.
Grace Potter adds: “The Nocturnals & I are thrilled to be a part of the Bonnaroo Buzz Tour! We love the idea of helping build up the energy along with these other wonderful acts and bringing the festival experience to more intimate venues across the country.”
StubHub! will be the presenting sponsor for the tour and Ben & Jerry’s will be giving away samples of its new “Bonnaroo Buzz” ice cream at select shows along the way.
