I was in awe for months as Obama crushed the social media and texting worlds during his campaign. I think it was probably the biggest single factor in him winning the election by connecting to the young generation using all of these great tools. Just seeing his 3 million Facebook friends vs McCain’s 600,000 was telling enough who the winner would be. The landscape of politics and campaigning has definitely been changed forever!
